During this April’s 2015 New York Auto Show, Nissan has announced the introduction of their all-new Maxima – presenting the vehicles interior. The exterior was briefly debuted during this years Super Bowl XLIX “With Dad” spot. This sneak peak released only two photos, displaying the outside of the vehicle. Thanks to Almuraba, we now have our first look at the interior!

This 2016 design is much sportier than the 2015 Maxima design we all know very well. The center console is angled towards the driver and steering wheel gets a flat bottom. A rotary dial with buttons was placed perfectly in the center console, so drivers can adjust vehicle dynamic settings easily. A flashy contrast stitching was added in the leather trim to give it an eye popping, sporty look.

Now that we see what the exterior and interior looks like, we are enthusiastic to see with Nissan will bring under the hood. As standard, the 2016 Maxima is expected to come with front-wheel drive and CVT. A 3.5-litre V-6 with 300 horsepower plus is predicted to power this beast.

As mentioned, the 2016 Nissan Maxima is scheduled to make its debut at the 2015 N.Y. Auto Show, which starts April 1. A showroom appearance should follow in the fall of 2015.
